Singapore Airlines (SIA) is to add flights and capacity to several key European cities including London, Rome, Milan and Barcelona as part of its summer 2025 schedule.
SIA said its recently launched route between London Gatwick and Singapore would increase from five times per week to a daily service from 30 March 2025. This would give the airline five daily flights from London as it already has four daily services from Heathrow.
But the carrier has also announced plans to suspend its Singapore-Manchester-Houston service from 1 April 2025, although it will maintain five weekly services between Singapore and Manchester from the same date onwards.
Elsewhere in Europe, Singapore Airlines will increase services between Rome and Singapore from four to five per week from 26 June to 28 August 2025.
Another move will see SIA “delink” its three-times weekly Singapore-Milan-Barcelona service between 24 June and 7 September 2025. This will allow the airline to operate more non-stop flights to both Milan and Barcelona during this period.
