This feedback is understandably invaluable to us as we continually strive to provide our clients with the highest possible quality of service.

“Your team works very hard to make my job easier and has helped me out in several binds. The one time that all ways stick in my mind was when I got kicked off a flight for not having the correct testing requirements in an ever-changing testing requirement world. This was after I had been in Sweden for 7 weeks and had tested positive for Covid during that trip. I was refused check in for my flight via Amsterdam leaving Stockholm at 6:30 am, your team managed to re-route me via Charles de gaulle leaving at the same time which resulted in me still getting home that day. It was a day of lows and highs that your team worked quickly and efficiently to get me home after a long site trip.”
