Thank You As The Process of Recovery Begins

Relief as the UK wakes up to the news the flight ban has finally been lifted after a six day shut down due to the volcanic cloud that has darkened the skies over Europe, is replaced with the realisation there is still a huge amount of work to be done and disruption to be faced before normality resumes.

Airlines face huge logistical operational problems with so many aircraft and crew being displaced, and an ever increasing number of stranded passengers requiring transportation to and from the UK.

This has been an unprecedented situation we have all faced and I would like to publicly thank our staff at QA Business Travel for the professional and sympathetic manner in how they have dealt with such difficult and ever changing challenges.

I also wish to thank all clients of QA Business Travel for their patience and understand during what has been an incredibly difficult period for all. I ask for your continued patience and understanding for the immediate future as there are still many difficulties ahead, but we would expect these to ease as each day passes.
