QA Travel understand that making information available online requires a high level of trust on your part which is a matter we take very seriously. We want you to feel confident the personally identifiable information provided through our traveller profile form will be safeguarded and held in a secure environment.

Only the passenger name, company name and email fields on our Form are mandatory items, all other fields are completely optional. We give our complete undertaking this information will only be passed to a third party where it is necessary to complete our reservation processes. We do not pass information to third parties for the purposes of marketing, advertising or other such activities.
